Our Mission
Our mission is to create a supportive, playful environment where child‑led, evidence‑based, and family‑focused occupational therapy helps each child reach their fullest potential at home, at school, and in the community.
Our Story
Radiance Pediatric Therapy was founded in 2025 in Bentonville, Arkansas, by owners Jennifer Kloster, Occupational Therapist, and her husband, Jason Kloster. After years of seeing families struggle with therapy that felt disconnected from families’ needs, Jennifer created a warm, playful space where occupational therapy feels like joy, and where each child’s unique strengths are truly celebrated.
The name “Radiance” comes from the inner light that shines and is evident on a child’s face when they learn through play and exploration. Whether in our welcoming clinic space or directly in local preschools, we meet children exactly where they live, learn, and play. Our approach is rooted in advanced, evidence-based practices including sensory integration, reflex integration, and the Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based (DIR) model.
At Radiance, therapy is about building confidence, fostering independence, and supporting all children in a fully affirming way. We partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering practical strategies that fit naturally into daily routines at home, school, and in the community.
