Jennifer Kloster, MOT, OTR/L

Jennifer Kloster, MOT, OTR/L, is a licensed pediatric occupational therapist and founder of Radiance Pediatric Therapy in Bentonville, Arkansas. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University and is licensed through the Arkansas State Medical Board and registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Since beginning her practice in 2019, Jennifer has provided compassionate, evidence‑based occupational therapy for children of all ages. Her professional focus includes sensory integration, reflex integration, and neurodivergent‑affirming care to support children’s development, functional skills, and confidence across home, school, and community settings.

Jennifer’s therapy approach is play‑based, child‑led, family‑centered, and strengths‑focused. She partners closely with parents and caregivers to develop individualized strategies that fit naturally into daily routines and promote success beyond the therapy environment.

Outside of her clinical work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her three children and family, walking their dog Willow, traveling, watching movies, and practicing Pilates.
