Kristie Padilla is a pediatric occupational therapist at Radiance Pediatric Therapy who provides neuroaffirming, child-centered care and uses a strengths-based, play-focused approach to support sensory regulation, feeding, executive functioning, and meaningful participation in daily routines.

Kristie Padilla, MS, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist at Radiance Pediatric Therapy who graduated from Cox College in Springfield, MO in 2021 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. She is licensed through the Arkansas State Medical Board and registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Kristie is passionate about providing neuroaffirming, child-centered care and believes that play is one of the most powerful tools for learning, building communication, and development of functional skills. Her professional interests include sensory processing and regulation, feeding challenges, and executive functioning skills that foster independence and support participation in daily routines.

Her approach to therapy is strengths-based, rooted in connection, and individualized to each child and family’s unique needs. She strives to create a supportive environment where children feel safe, empowered, and motivated to build skills through meaningful experiences.

When she’s not working, Kristie enjoys crafting and spending time outdoors! You can find her rollerskating, playing pickleball, or hiking with her husband and their three dogs.
