Mikaylin Collette, COTA/L, is a licensed pediatric occupational therapy assistant at Radiance Pediatric Therapy in Bentonville, Arkansas. She is passionate about helping children build confidence, deepen self-understanding, and engage more fully in the activities, relationships, and experiences that matter to them. Through a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens, she partners closely with families to develop practical, individualized strategies that promote growth and well-being.
Mikaylin’s therapy approach is child-led, relationship-based, and strengths-focused. She values building authentic connections with children while empowering caregivers through collaboration, education, and support. She has a special interest in sensory health and interoceptive awareness and enjoys helping children better understand their body’s signals, sensations, and needs. Her goal is to help children and families discover strategies that foster connection, participation, and confidence in everyday life.
Outside of work, Mikaylin enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, baking, and tackling home renovation projects. She loves exploring Northwest Arkansas, hosting friends and family in her home, and being involved in her local interabled community group!
