Jessica Yang, MOT, OTR/L, is a licensed pediatric occupational therapist at Radiance Pediatric Therapy in Bentonville, Arkansas. She began her career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), gaining four years of hands‑on experience before earning her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University in 2025. Jessica is licensed in Arkansas, registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), and is currently pursuing her Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) through Belmont University’s post‑professional program.
Jessica is passionate about helping children build confidence and functional independence through play‑based, evidence‑based occupational therapy.
