Jessica Yang, MOT, OTR/L

Jessica Yang, MOT, OTR/L, is a licensed pediatric occupational therapist at Radiance Pediatric Therapy in Bentonville, Arkansas. She began her career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), gaining four years of hands‑on experience before earning her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University in 2025. Jessica is licensed in Arkansas, registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), and is currently pursuing her Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) through Belmont University’s post‑professional program.

Jessica is passionate about helping children build confidence and functional independence through play‑based, evidence‑based occupational therapy. Her areas of clinical interest include reflex integration, sensory processing, and aquatic therapy. Her current research explores how water‑based therapy can enhance sensory regulation and motor development, a focus that will serve as the basis for her doctoral capstone project.

Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her dogs, Ace and Wendy, exploring new recipes, experimenting with creative makeup techniques, and hosting gatherings for friends and family.
